The Challenge
Textron Inc., a global network of world-renowned companies and brands including Bell Helicopter, Cessna, Beechcraft, E-Z-GO, Jacobsen, and more, sought to help its 35,000 employees across twenty-five countries each easily understand the Textron umbrella.
The Approach
To create connections across Textron’s businesses, we developed techniques to raise internal awareness of each company’s capabilities. Our team developed and produced a “How It’s Made” video series, highlighting innovative products and manufacturing processes associated with each Textron company.
The Value
The video series, featuring Textron brands’ diverse manufacturing processes and product offerings, improved knowledge-sharing and brand awareness within Textron’s widespread, 35,000-strong employee base, while increasing a sense of ownership and creating cross-continental connections.
